16. James Arnold⁴ Openshaw (James Moss³, James², William¹) was born in Newport, Newport, RI 7 September 1903. James died 11 November 1980 in Wickford, Warwick, RI, at 77 years of age.

He married Dorothy Evelyn Harvest 6 December 1930 in St Thomas Church, 5th Ave & 53, New York, NY. Dorothy was born 3 May 1909 in Ely, Cambridgeshire, England. She was the daughter of William John Harvest and Emily Stock. Dorothy died 26 April 1989 in Rutland, Rutland, VT, at 79 years of age. He was a Civil Engineer with Stanley Home Products.

James Arnold Openshaw and Dorothy Evelyn Harvest had the following children:

• + 17 i. Judy⁵ Openshaw was born 13 October 1932.

• + 18 ii. James Arnold Openshaw was born 14 November 1933.

• + 19 iii. Dorothy Kingsley Openshaw was born 24 January 1939.
